Follow these easy steps:

Firstly: Don't try to write a definitive, all encompassing submission.
- Use your checklist to identify 2 areas that most effect your "lived experience."
- Download the Appendix and the EIS Statement from the portal link above and read them through
- Make bulletin points about how the proposal affects you
- Do several versions until you are happy.
Aim to lodge by Sunday 2nd August - this gives you one last day to contact them if you have a problem.

Congestion within Mona Vale village.

The B-line is an "enhanced bus service" not a rapid transit solution with dedicated lanes and 24 hour service.
- Concerns about the load on the Warriewood Treatment plan and the health of our surf and coast.
- No funding for additional infrastructure is promised by State government.
- The potential for rows of 6-8 storey buildings turning the beach into the Gold Coast.
- No community consultation.
- No Fire & Rescue ladder in case of fire in the higher levels.
- Bush fire evacuation routes
